Contract Publishing – catalogues, newsletters and magazines
Client: Wessanen UK
Objective: To create a loyalty based newsletter to engage with the independent retailers.
Recognising the importance of the loyalty of the independent retailer channel Wessanen approached us for some creative ideas to generate long term engagement with this key group.
It was vital that all elements of this project conveyed their ethical stance and green credentials. We applied the same principals to this project as we do our own publications and quickly came up with the idea of a club based newsletter, with branding and tone that ran through content, imagery and paper stock to reinforce their message.

Client: Pravera
Objective: Reach out to new consumers with a make-up range
Pravera came to us as they wanted to reach out to new consumer group with their Benecos make-up range.
Based on their objectives the social media team came up with the genius idea of running a competition on social media to win a hamper of their make-up. To enter the competition we asked our community on Facebook to share their morning make up tips with us.
The competition had instant reaction and engagement.
“Running the competition was great exposure for our brand which resulted in a increase views on our social media and a lot more interaction with our target audience. We particularly liked the question element which was an excellent opportunity for us to learn more about our consumer and we are thrilled with the result!”

Social Media Management
We were asked to manage a VMS client's Facebook account, their objective was to create an engaging and consistent online presence for their UK market. A bi-weekly posting schedule has allowed the brand to tap into trend calendar events, encourage customer reviews and boosted clicks to the UK website. It also has allowed the brand to connect with their UK stockists.

Email Marketing – newsletters, bespoke emails
Client: Better You
Objective: Drive traffic to the Better You website
Kim at Better You approached us with a tight deadline to book a standard e cast to go to our Your Healthy Living brand and drive more traffic to their website.
Once we understood what they were looking to achieve we recommended the use of our Funnel Email approach that we have used here successfully at JFN to sell our own services.
We followed this up with a social media boost to support the campaign and extend the reach further.
“The results were really positive and resulted in new traffic coming through to BetterYou.com with customers trialling our products. We are now looking to book in more of an ongoing campaign for this active audience to maintain the success.”

Client: Co Fresh
Objective: To increase consumer awareness of his range of gluten free hummus and lentil chips
Simon at Co Fresh approached us to increase consumer awareness of his hummus and lentil chips in the UK and Irish market through the Your Healthy Living and Rude Health Magazine studies.
Having tried these for ourselves we were able to brand this as part of our “Find out why we think you’ll love…” e-casts which we knew as a team would work far better than a blatant sales message.
These e-casts frame the sales message in such a way that it is engaging, approachable and easy to understand whilst highlighting all the clients salient points.

Objective: To extend their existing Staffordshire Retailers event to encompass the south of England
Building on their successful retailer event in Staffordshire, Tree of Life approached us to assist them with the launch of a second event in Brighton as a means of increasing their retailer penetration in the South of England
We already had a strong basis to work from as Tree of Life is the distributor of Your Healthy Living Magazine and we have been involved in their Staffordshire retailer event as an exhibitor. Once we had taken a full brief of the requirements we were able to come up with some options.
The event team managed all the negotiation with the venues, relevant suppliers such as audio visual for the seminars, defined the seminar programme, booked the speakers, created the branding, signage, produced the floor plan and assisted in the sale of the exhibition space.
Our team were on-site throughout the event to oversee its delivery and look after the exhibitors and visitors.
We used our Better Retailing magazine and Retailer database to promote the event.
